Some of my earliest memories were profound experiences of consciousness that transcended words—moments of clarity amid the turbulence. As a child of divorce, I was often caught in the crossfire of family feuds, shaping a deep longing for escape, creative expression, and ultimately, a path back to God.
At 19, I began studying Wing Chun Kung Fu and the principles of the Tao, which ignited my journey of seeking wisdom across the globe. My quest led me to train in various Tantric and spiritual mystery teachings, including Classical Kashmir Shaivism of the Kaula Trika lineage, Kundalini, Tibetan Buddhism, Western Mysticism, and Christ-consciousness-based non-dual teachings. I am a Level 4 Kundalini Awakening Practitioner, trained in multiple lineages, including Bhagavan Shri Shanmukha Anantha Natha initiated Kaula Trika Shaktipat, Inner Dance KAP, and Kundalini Awakening as taught by Tao Semko and Dr. Glenn Morris.

ALL Retreat Participants may use the public spaces at the hotel including, pool, hot tub, cold plunge, nature mountain views/walks, hammocks, kitchen and outdoor showers.
$60 shuttles to and from Liberia are available for purchase and are not included in the booking price, but can be arranged in advance.
Morning Surf Lessons are not included, but free Surf boards are available for hotel guests. Lessons can be arranged in advance.

Distorted patterns of madness, addiction and impulsivity destroy our lives and our loved ones. Maybe you are in a state of defeat or nearly giving up right now. Maybe you have always found love to be a struggle.

If love was modeled to you like it was to me growing up, it was a manipulation, even violent, mistrustful, painful, strategic, anxious and transactional interaction based on bending oneself to be pleasing, or shutting down to be protected. Knowing how to love skillfully through these models may allude you. And you are not alone! I’ve spent 25 years curating these practices and putting them to use in my own life. This retreat is now in its 7th installment and 6th year, it has helped hundreds of people, many of whom meet their special person and even return to do this retreat over again and again.
We have all been deeply hurt in love. We have all created behaviors, masks and personas to 'get love'. There is no shame in this, but the game can end here.
The variety of ways we turn away from love, and the escaping mechanisms we create from our lack of consciousness and practiced reactions, often creates the exact environments, circumstances and mindsets that keep love from reaching us and from becoming our natural reality.
Our fears, resentments, masks, validation seeking, grasping and narratives are all armors to prevent our opening in love and allowing it to catch fire for decades instead of fading. Keeping us juvenile not only in sex and love, but in our relationships with money, time, energy, focus and everything we create. The potency of this energy goes way beyond sxx.
The truth is, the presence of real love brings to the surface all of the most unlovable parts of ourselves to be witnessed and healed and given LOVE TO, not shamed.

This way of interacting with our sexuality is often called Tantra but is actually not Tantra at all. It is another form of Brahmacharya. When you devote yourself to honoring yourself and (eventually) another, this is the highest spiritual work we can do. And it all starts with you.

This gentle yet powerful awakening is a 8 Day transformation in the tropical surf paradise of Nosara, Costa Rica.
We opens participants to explore the our energetic and subconscious material in much more depth. Our first 3 days have AM and PM sessions with a 3 hour off site break for lunch. New Years Eve morning there is a KAP activation followed by an intimate dinner and NEW YEAR’S EVE DANCE PARTY in Nosara. New Years Day is FREE for you to explore and relax. The final day we will resume with a morning and evening Temple Finale exploring more advanced 2 body practices.
On this immersive journey, we gently uncover and heal what has been blocking true love as we get to explore the real you, your most powerful desires, through the gentle opening of your heart.

Over the first 3 Days, we are in a process of deep purification. We create a safe, fun and potent healing container to support an intimate space for men & women to have deep conversations, potent exercises & build true communion on each other’s journey. We learn the basis of Sacred Union & monogamous devotion through the lens of 22 years of Tantric studies with guide Stefanie Marco. afternoon free time for reflection, nature, beach time and integration. OUR LOCATION
The magical energy of Nosara has been a holy initiator of LOVE as her identity. Nosara it is said was a Royal Indigenous Princess, who abandoned her title and wealth to follow her true divine soul mate to his land. Many still feel and speak of her as a fierce warrior priestess of the heart, a spirit that still lives in her lands and awakens us to our truest potential.
Costa Rica Wellness Spa has a rich history of blessings by the indigenous family who still occupy the land. The previous owner of this space guided healing through the potent sacred medicine of Iboga. The current owner has continued to support addiction recovery and its root cause by hosting sober retreats such as mine.
The property is set on lush jungle hilltops and overlooks the sunset over Ostional Beach and the Pacific Ocean. 5 luxury rooms and 4 shared rooms converge with an open dining room and kitchen adorned with hammocks which extend to a dipping pool, hot tub, cold plunge and 700 square foot hand built wooden yoga shala. The grounds also hold a sacred Temescal for sweat lodge ceremonies, permaculture garden and trails to explore a nearby waterfall.
The area is just outside of the famous Guiones Beach surf town and a quick 12 minute drive.

DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN EVERYTHING?
Absolutely not. All exercises here are optional. We ask that you stay in the space and observe anything that feels like a “no”. Your no will be respected, encouraged and honored.

DO I NEED A PARTNER?
No! This retreat is curated for equal men and woman to attend and practice. This process is about your deep internal experience of your heart. Experiencing these frequencies with different energies is a huge gift to your embodiment of Tantra.
IS TANTRA POLYAMOROUS?
NO. There are no references to this in Vedic scriptures and this retreat is not hedonistic, we promote Sacred Union monogamy in this space.
IS THERE YOGA?
We move and meditate here, but the yoga we are practicing is mainly focused internally.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Loose shorts, work out gear or thin cotton pants and tanks/shirts for men and the same for women. Many woman like to wear flowy dresses with shorts underneath or yoga gear.

WHICH AIRPORT IS CLOSEST TO NOSARA?
Liberia Airport is closest but San Jose also has shuttles to Nosara.
